I gotta say, my experience with this company was top-notch. From the moment I made my purchase to the delivery, they kept me in the loop about when my scooter would arrive. On the delivery day, I received several updates on the estimated arrival time, and the driver also kept me informed.

The scooter I picked up is just awesome! I started using it today, and let me tell you, it’s a blast. Totally worth the price! I really pushed it to the max in the park today, going off-road, and it handled everything like a champ. It’s a lot of fun and looks way better than I expected!

I purchased the Aprilia motorbike as a birthday gift for my son. He hasn't had a chance to test it out yet, but I managed to assemble it, and the details on the bike are quite impressive. It took me about an hour to get it all set up because I wanted to ensure everything was done correctly from the get-go, so I took my time. My husband owns a motorbike, and I'm really hoping our little one will be thrilled to have his own ride too. I did run into a bit of trouble when the motorbike wouldn’t start after charging for a few hours. Turns out, the battery cables weren’t connected properly. The assembly video didn’t mention that part, but after chatting with customer service, they pointed it out, and I was able to fix it right away. However, the bike still wouldn’t turn on, and I think it was because I had the charger plugged in. I learned that it won’t start if the battery is still connected to the power outlet. One thing I’m a bit concerned about, which I can’t confirm until my son tries it, is the stabilizers. They felt a tad loose on the bike. I’m not sure if it was just me being overly cautious, but I couldn’t tighten them any more, and they still seemed a bit wobbly. I’ll have a final verdict once my little one gives it a go.

We decided to go with RiiRoo. The online ordering was a breeze, though there was a small hiccup with the 'free assembly' option not showing up at checkout. I contacted RiiRoo via Facebook, and they got back to me quickly with a fix.

We received our order confirmation in no time, and we were thrilled for the delivery. When the day arrived, the delivery driver was super helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but he was really nice and helped me carry it around to the back.

When we unpacked the tractor, it was all set up just like they promised. The quality is outstanding, and I can’t wait for our little one’s birthday; she’s gonna be so amazed.

If I had to suggest any improvements, it would be about the delivery notifications. Maybe I misunderstood their system, but I thought the 'due date' meant the day it would reach me. Turns out, it was actually the day the pallet would arrive at the haulier. They would then get in touch to set up the delivery.

Not a big deal, and it was easy to work around. It didn’t take away from my rating, as everyone was friendly throughout the process.

I wholeheartedly recommend RiiRoo to others and will definitely shop here again.
